What applies when using this website and when we broker a transaction. Any particular deal is governed by the signed agreement.
01 Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and, in outline, the brokerage of sales, purchases, rentals and buyouts of property. The terms of any particular transaction are always set by the brokerage agreement you sign with the agency, which takes precedence over this text.
02 Operator
The website is operated by the companies listed on the Contact page, where you will also find full company and billing details.
03 Listing information
Listings are published from information supplied by the owner and from the land registry. A listing is informative only and is not an offer to conclude a contract. Areas, layout and condition are indicative; photographs show the state at the time they were taken; a property may have been sold, reserved or withdrawn in the meantime.
04 Calculators
The mortgage, purchase cost, running cost, affordability and valuation calculators are indicative only. They are not a loan offer or an expert valuation and are not binding. The actual rate and payment are set by the bank; the actual value is set by a certified appraiser. The assumptions used are shown next to each calculator.
05 Commission
The commission and its payment are agreed individually in the brokerage agreement. What the commission covers is listed on the About page.
06 Forms and enquiries
Submitting a form creates no contractual relationship — it is a non-binding enquiry. We usually reply within 24 hours on working days. Form data is processed according to our privacy policy.
07 Content and copyright
Texts, photographs and graphics on this website are protected by copyright. Property photographs and the AVLAS mark belong to the agency. The website template is licensed through Envato Elements; map data on the Contact page comes from OpenStreetMap (ODbL licence).
08 Disputes and supervision
Supervision is exercised by the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Prešov Region Inspectorate, Obrancov mieru 6, 080 01 Prešov. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
09 Validity
These terms are effective from 15 August 2026.
