01 Who processes your data

02 What data we process and why
We only process the data you give us through a form or by phone: name, phone, e-mail and the text of your message — so that we can reply to your enquiry, offer or viewing request.
The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) when answering an enquiry that does not lead to a contract.
03 How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for to be completed by the agency from the last communication. Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the period required by law.
04 Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. We may share it only with our own agents, with a bank or financial advisor at your request, with a lawyer or notary preparing the contract, and with public authorities where the law requires it. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
05 What this website stores in your browser
This website uses no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. It only uses your browser’s local storage for: the chosen language and theme, saved and compared listings, recently viewed listings, and your cookie choice (valid for 6 months).
This data stays on your device and is never sent to the server. The map on the Contact page is served from our own server. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
06 Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
